Fraud Prevention Notice
There really is only one way to prevent fraud and that is to be aware of how scammers are attempting to take control of your account. One recent trend has scammers contacting DATCU members and pretending as if they represent the credit union.
If you are contacted via email, text, or phone call by anyone claiming to be DATCU, it is perfectly acceptable to hang up, stop texting, or delete the email then call us at 940.387.8585 or chat with us online to report the incident. DATCU will never ask you for your username, password, or account information without first verifying your identity. If you feel even slightly unsure of who you are talking to, please stop and take a moment.
